Insight Into Impact appreciates the demand for better data, evidence, best practices, and outcome reporting from policy makers, funders, investors, and sector practitioners. We also understand the issues and challenges experienced by stakeholders, facilitators, investors, investees, and how projects are ‘experienced’ & ‘perceived’ differently throughout the community. Insight Into Impact utilises our proprietary process, 3i Management Modelling©, to make sense out of the complex social impact environment. Our process helps communities navigate projects by identifying the relationship between issues and impacts and how they influence project outcomes, which improves impact management and aids decision making.
We use a proprietary modelling process (3i Management Modelling©) to communicate qualitative data through quantitative insights. We calculate social impact and understand the complexity of the relationships between stakeholders.
We analyse the ‘inter-relationships’ between data input themes using a Three Theme Ethnographic approach. This approach provides an in-depth understanding of the decision-making or management process, allowing us to track and report on the decision-making process so accountability can be governed and improved. This streamlined process systematically reveals what decisions, actions, or responses are most effective or least effective in mitigating negative impacts.
With these Insights, all stakeholder groups are able to better understand where more resources are needed and where capacity is already demonstrated.
We are able to provide detailed analysis specifically applicable to each stakeholder group associated with a project or initiative. Having the data segmented according to stakeholder group promotes effective and informed stakeholder engagement.
The model and its outputs assist with better decision-making and project management by providing the knowledge necessary to minimise negative impacts, increase positive impacts, and support better outcomes. It can be used as a real-time, retrospective, or prospective tool. We use this process to understand complex scenarios that impact community development and management.
The outputs support improved management by simplifying historically messy and complex scenarios and presenting them on data dashboards, which can be understood and processed quickly.

We are able to account for and trace back the series of events that occurred prior to outcomes occurring. Our process identifies the cause and effect relationship between issues and impacts. Therefore, at any stage of development, stakeholders can assess how they obtained either positive or negative outcomes by providing input on the the challenges and outcomes they experienced or perceived.
Our monitoring process and ability to track accountability provides a robust and transparent analysis of an investment’s impact and efficacy in delivering outcomes. We support the continual evaluation of outcomes, enabling the investment to be refined as appropriate.
Insight Into Impact was founded upon the idea that we could greatly influence the way social impact is viewed and understood. Our ethos is rooted in aiding communities most in need and demonstrate the importance of citizen led reporting. We want to provide socially responsible organisations with the process and data they need to increase their positive impacts and achieve greater outcomes.
We understand that many communities and organisations that would greatly benefit from our services are often strapped for resources, funding, and technological or methodological acuteness for evaluating, measuring, or monitoring social impact. Our Purpose is to provide these communities and organisations with the tools needed to evaluate and report their impact to gain additional funding and/ or support.
