About Insight Into Impact
Leaders make decisions every day that have to hold up. In a boardroom. In a community meeting. In a hard conversation. Insight into Impact grounds those decisions in lived experience, not assumption or hope. We work across schools, industry, government, and community, turning what people experience into evidence you can act on and defend. The method is honest about what it knows and what it doesn't. The judgment stays human. The decision stays yours.
What people experience is evidence, not opinion. Decisions made without it are decisions made in the dark, no matter how much data sits behind them. Marcus and Hannah Curcija founded Insight into Impact in 2018 to change that.
Marcus's doctoral research on stakeholder conflict was the starting point. The practice ran twenty-three engagements across Australia, Jamaica, Sierra Leone, Oman, the Philippines, Spain, Peru, and Colombia, in mining, infrastructure, rail, tourism, and community development. Marcus then spent two years in-house at Sime, a multinational operating across nineteen countries. He drafted board papers and ran group-level reporting. It made clear what boards actually need from evidence, and how often they're given more than they can use.
Today we work across stakeholder engagement, measurement and evaluation, sustainability and corporate reporting, conflict management and community trust, strategy and decision support, and custom diagnostic tools. The commitment behind the work has not changed.
Marcus Curcija
Managing Director
Marcus specialises in conflict management and stakeholder engagement. He helps organisations make confident decisions in complex, high-stakes environments: working between community expectations, government agendas, corporate interests, and industry delivery.
Across infrastructure, mining, tourism, and community development, Marcus has worked with large multinational organisations, government partnerships, and grassroots communities, turning competing perspectives into clear priorities and practical action. He designs evidence-based methods that turn stakeholder input into measurable outcomes: reducing risk, identifying opportunities, and improving transparency.

Hannah Curcija
Brand Lead
Hannah leads design and product thinking at Insight into Impact, and has spent her career building digital tools that help people make sense of complex, high-stakes information.
She co-founded Goalie, Insight into Impact's original social value measurement platform, designing the engagement tools and data experiences that turned complex information into something organisations could actually use to report on and improve their outcomes. That same idea, giving the people responsible for a decision the tools to properly check it, still shapes her work today: leading brand, design, and marketing at Insight into Impact, and making sure the tools we build stay as clear and usable as the evidence behind them.
