About us

About us

We turn people's real experiences into clear evidence, so you can make decisions with confidence. That idea is the whole reason this company exists.

Why lived experience is data

How real experience becomes evidence

Lived experience is first-hand, contextual information about how people actually experience a decision, policy, service, or change. It includes what people notice, what they struggle with, what they value, what they fear, and what they think is fair.

That's data because it's observable and comparable, not just a feeling. The key is how it's gathered: captured through a consistent method, lived experience becomes evidence that can be tested, compared across groups, and tracked over time.

Why us

Operational data tells you what happened. We tell you why.

Lived experience tells you why it happened, where trust breaks down, and what risks are emerging early, before they turn into a bigger problem.

This shows up in our work as

  • Spotting conflict triggers and misunderstandings before they escalate
  • Measuring trust and confidence, not just satisfaction
  • Tracking whether real outcomes are improving, not just whether activities happened
  • Producing evidence that boards and executives can rely on when they need to explain a decision

Hannah Curcija

Hannah Curcija

Co-Founder, Director

Hannah leads design and product thinking at Insight into Impact, and has spent her career building digital tools that help people make sense of complex, high-stakes information.

She co-founded Goalie, Insight into Impact's original social value measurement platform, designing the engagement tools and data experiences that turned complex information into something organisations could actually use to report on and improve their outcomes. That same idea, giving the people responsible for a decision the tools to properly check it, runs through her later work too: at Qualt, designing a platform that gives construction teams real-time visibility over workforce and scheduling; and now as founder of Precura, building a tool that lets the people signing off on fire compliance reports actually verify what's in front of them.
