How We Work

A simple process, whether the work is a five-minute check or a year-long programme.

Every engagement follows the same four steps. What changes is the depth.

The four steps, in practice
1

You tell us what's happening

We start with a conversation, not a form. You describe the situation in your own words: what's happening, what you've already tried, what's at stake. For a quick check, this can happen directly through the Vouching Diagnostic Engine. For a larger programme, it starts as a scoping conversation with Marcus or the team.

2

We structure it

We sort what you've told us into six practical parts: the setting, who's affected, what's really driving the problem, what's been tried, what changed, and how people actually experienced it. For bigger engagements, this also means proper stakeholder interviews, workshops, or surveys, done properly, not rushed.

3

We compare it to real cases

We check your situation against a growing base of comparable cases: what's worked elsewhere, what hasn't, and why. This is where the evidence gets tested, not just collected.

4

You get a clear next step

You get a small number of ranked options, each with an honest confidence level, never a false guarantee. For larger engagements, this comes as a full briefing or board paper you can act on directly, not just a summary slide.

The same process, at different depths

Some engagements are a single diagnostic check. Others are a full annual programme, with regular reporting to your leadership team or board. Occasionally, it's an ongoing retainer across an entire organisation or system.

The four steps stay the same. What changes is the frequency and depth of the evidence base behind them.

What holds it together

Where a digital tool fits

We use the Vouching Diagnostic Engine to structure and compare evidence faster. The Engine gathers and structures the evidence: it doesn't make the call.

That's where Marcus and the team come in: reading the evidence in context, and making the recommendation the data alone can't make for you.
